For the last six months, I have been cooking my pizzas on the grill. More specifically, the Big Green Egg. There is a certain excitement with cooking pizza on the grill, but when it ends up being part of your weekly routine, it becomes a challenge to make each pizza better than the next one. Most people who cook on their pizza on the Big Green Egg try to get the temperature around 650 degrees, which I did at first, but now, I think the best way to cook it is at 450 degrees for about 20 – 25 min. Of course, my ingredients change each time, but the overall preparation is done the same. So far, the 450 degree method turns out PERFECT!
