There are lots and lots of recipes on fixing black bean burgers on the Internet, so that is what I did … I used Google and found one. The best part about these were the fact that I used vegetables from my own garden. We froze squash, zucchini, and peppers this past growing season, so they were thrown into the food processor with onions, kale, and asparagus to make up the “veggie” part of these black bean burgers. My suggestion is that you use a vegetable pan to cook the burgers. This will keep them from falling through the grill grate. Either way, try it!
